The Art Museum will be celebrating its 50th Anniversary with an evening of art and entertainment such as the city has not seen in a long time. Coinciding with the opening of the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Art Museum Biennial Exhibition and Award, the evening will host celebrity guests, artists and art lovers who will join in the festivities to mark this significant occasion. The highlight of the evening will be the announcement of the eight finalists.
The Friends of the Art Museum have agreed to help make this a celebration to remember so watch this space and the press for further details and keep this evening free.
